Divya joined InSync Technology in February 2008 as a design engineer. She has recently graduated from the University of Southampton with a Masters degree in Microelectronics System Design specializing in System on Chip. She has worked on various academic projects which include the design of a navigation system for unmanned airborne vehicles which was a prototype designed and tested on an FPGA. Divya has worked previously in the Aerospace domain, where she was involved in integration, requirement based and unit level testing of software programs written in C.

Lee Hunt, Principal Design Engineer
Lee's design experience spans audio and video disciplines and he has implemented a range of hardware, high speed digital video and audio FPGA designs including the writing of their embedded software. His broad design implementation skills add significant value to InSync's complete approach to product creation. His particular expertise is the processing and manipulation of broadcast audio in analogue, AES, Dolby E, Dolby Digital forms and when embedded in digital video streams. Lee previously worked at Snell & Wilcox as a Senior Engineer and at De La Rue where he was a test and commissioning engineer for cash sorting machines.

Dr Richard Porges, Senior Software Engineer
Richard has worked in a variety of roles covering many aspects of the design process from inception to completion. After graduation, he undertook six years of “blue skies” research in an academic environment investigating high resolution techniques applied to passive sonar. He has extensive experience of detailed mathematical modelling, including digital filter design and analysis, both in general signal processing terms and also specifically tailored to video applications. On a practical level he is a competent FPGA designer, having been responsible for state of the art aspect ratio converters and composite decoders.
