InSync Technology is a successful Employee-Owned business. Since our inception in 2003, InSync has specialised in development of highly efficient signal processing hardware and software products, with a focus on motion compensated frame rate and format conversion (standards converters). By continually refreshing our skills and product offerings InSync is at the forefront of innovation, with technology development in 8K, HDR and virtualised conversion solutions.

Employee Ownership
InSync Technology has been an Employee Owned Business since October 2013. Like many other successful employee owned businesses, staff and management are actively participating in investment in the long-term shared success of the company. The employees’ interests are managed by an Employee Benefit Trust which is the majority owner, holding a controlling share of the business.

Sustainability
- Accredited to the DPP "Committed to sustainability programme"
- Working with local suppliers as much as possible to reduce our carbon footprint.
- Creating our own shipping crates which have been re-used hundreds of times.
- Recycling - third party packaging materials are sent back to the supplier for re-use.
- Recycling - obsolete and broken equipment which can't be repaired is either recycled or sent for safe disposal.
- Equipping our staff car park with electric car charging points
Support in the Community
- Supporting young people in the local area in technology projects
- A long-standing donor to HomeStart Butser.
- Supporting Petersfield Community Radio and the Petersfield Hometown festivals.
- Regularly funding specialist equipment for and prizes at local schools and universities.
